We have extensive experience as both restaurant owners, caterers and managers as well as a love of food.  There are hundreds of recipes here on our website and just as many tips, tricks and hints.  Over the years we have learned to eat seasonally, locally…to eat better. With that knowledge comes sharing, and we love to share what we have learned with others.

Colleen receive requests for catering services often, and while she would love to be able to accommodate each and every request, she can only accept limited events. Small dinner parties, events and occasions of 15 or less, heldat home, are her focus.  She uses much of the produce from the farm and works with local Organic farms and producers to plan menus that reflect seasonal variety and taste.

Colleen offers menu consulting for people and pets. She is also available to the trade for consulting, food styling, graphic and web design and photographic services.

 

Colleen and Todd are avid home wine makers and this year they will bottle 15 varietals. Pure heaven for the wine makers that cook! Over time wine makers develop a comprehensive array of unique pairings.  Favorites are based on the slow food tradition of celebrating regional cuisine, using local ingredients and respectful farming methods.

Colleen and Todd are the hosts of homemadewine.net. It has been an exciting journey and they have met some absolutely delightful new friends. Between food and wine they have met the most generous, kind and creative people. Home wine makers are warm people with much to share. In November of 2008,  all of the recipes and content of HomemadeWine.net was moved here to the Farm website so that all who visit here might enjoy the wealth of information contained here.
