I should have mentioned in previous comment a month of so ago, I posted a recipe for cheese crackers you may want to check out. People are always so amazed - "You made <em>crackers</em>??" as if you grew them on a bush or something. Too funny. They are amazing those windmills – especially when you first see them, coming from 81 – they seem to spout up from the road right in front of you! The taste is worth it! Something I forget to mention is that mixing in some fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary, or dusting the tops with a different salts and seeds can make them into something very extraordinary. I can't wait until the word gets out that making your own crackers is not only easy but they are so much better than store bought. Great post!
