		<description>They are amazing those windmills - especially when you first see them, coming from 81 - they seem to spout up from the road right in front of you!  I should have mentioned in previous comment a month of so ago, I posted a recipe for cheese crackers you may want to check out.  People are always so amazed - &quot;You made &lt;em&gt;crackers&lt;/em&gt;??&quot; as if you grew them on a bush or something.  Too funny.</description>

Something I forget to mention is that mixing in some fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary, or dusting the tops with a different salts and seeds can make them into something very extraordinary.</description>
